Jennifer. I've done the same thing in bed although it's a bit counter productive because I know full well I won't get to back to sleep while I need the loo but I don't actually want to get out and go. Doh! :)<BR/><BR/>R. I'll definitely steer clear of that. Water has the same effect on me. Luckily I haven't had to rush down a flight of stairs so far though :)

Oh me too! A teensy word of advice though - don't drink Twinings' 'Cleanse' herbal tea then - I had a few cups yesterday and while it is really tasty (for herbal tea) a couple of times I did rather cut it a bit fine... not really a good idea when you get to the loo door at work to find a 'closed for cleaning' sign and you have rush down a flight of stairs to the next closest conveninience!
